Subtitle: Born Again
Series Part 1
Born again it is not a religion but a relationship with God, commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ, himself. “Jesus replied, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.’”John 3:3 The said command demand by heaven in order to see the kingdom of God. “21 Another disciple said to him, ‘Lord, first let me go and bury my father.’ 22 But Jesus told him, ‘Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.’” Matthew 8:21-22 Why do the dead bury their own dead? “1As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. Ephesians 2:1-2 One of which is to believe in His Son. The world says; “To see is to believe.” On the other hand, the word of God says; “Believe first then you will see.” Like what happened to Thomas His disciple; “Then Jesus told him, ‘Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.’”John 20:29 Why do people must believe? “They replied, ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.’” Acts 16:31
Then after you believed accept the truth revealed in God’s word. The truth is; “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”John 14:6 If you believe in this truth, then the truth will set you free. “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed .” John 8:36 You have to believe, accept and have faith. What is faith? “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Hebrews 11:1 Why do I need faith? One good reason is; “And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6 How can I have faith? “Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.” Roman 10:17
Moreover, since we have the written word of God known to us the Holy Bible. The pleasure of careful reading increases the saving faith all the more. Another horizon of fresh revelation, new insight, and wisdom from above unfolds in your very eyes as the Spirit wills. Faith leads to salvation not by works. "8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 God’s grace is the source of salvation. “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 Now that we have the grace and the truth that signifies Jesus Christ, Himself. These are the essentials to establishing a relationship with God. The more we draw ourselves closer to God the more intimate we become of Him. Our intimacy with God guides us to understand deeper the plan and purpose of God in our lives. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 “ Jesus answered, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.’” John 3:5 We will definitely enter the kingdom of God. PRAYER OF REPENTANCE
GOD everlasting Father;
Almighty, ever knowing and His
love endures forever. Father in
JESUS name:
I believe JESUS is the son of GOD.
I believe JESUS died on the cross for my sins.
I accept that I am a sinner.
I deserve the penalty for my sins.
I repent and ask for forgiveness of my sins.
I accept JESUS CHRIST as my LORD and Saviour.
Cone into my heart cleans me
from all unrighteousness.
I confess JESUS is LORD and believe in my heart
that GOD raised him from the dead,
In JESUS name I pray Amen...
